I was on my way home to Indianapolis after a trip abroad and came back to find my tire was leaking air fast due to screw in it. I looked up Car-One Tire and Auto and saw they were highly reviewed. I can see why! I didn’t have an appointment, but they were kind enough to work me in very quickly and repaired my tire and I was back on the road safely thanks to them. Very nice crew working there too. I can’t say how much I appreciate them coming through for me in the clutch. They bailed me out for sure. Thank you! I highly recommend you use them if you need help with your vehicle. They are honest, dependable, and straight up with you.

I just had my oil changed and tires rotated, then two days later, followed up with transmission fluid change and cooling system flush. I wasn't thinking, and should have had everything done at the same time. The prices were very competitive and more than reasonable. The techs are all very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. They made recommendations for things that needed work and also recommendations to not perform unneeded service. They also went out of the way to perform services that may at first seem insignificant, but are hugely valuable and helpful. For example, they gave me a ride to and from home while the car was being worked on as due to my poor planning, I was unable to get a ride from family or friends. This is a great team, and I highly recommend Car-One to anyone who appreciates a good and honest mechanic. I am so grateful to have found them. I have a 2014 Honda CR-V and Car-One will help it go to over 500K miles! Thanks Frank, Frankie, and everyone at Car-One.

I had a great experience getting my rack and pinion steering lock repaired here. The team was professional, communicated clearly about the issue, and completed the work in a timely manner. My steering feels smooth and safe again, and I appreciate their attention to detail. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing reliable auto repairs!

I called around and they offered the best prices for some new tires. They also checked out an issue with my car for free and didn't even charge me for it. Frank was terrific to work with. I will come here for all my car needs and will post more updates in the future.
